I found this circuit board in an old toy car. What does it do?

I found this circuit board in an old toy car. Does anyone know what it is for and how to use it?

Kind of obvious but looks like low cost electronics for remote controlled toy car.

Without the proper matching remote it's more or less just a piece of electronic waste.

If you wish to build an RC car, then you may consider to purchase a cheap kit, in proper condition, with a manual and every necessary piece included.
